Born and raised in the Boston, Massachusetts area, Bill Mead has always been engaged in the creative process. He graduated from Parson’s School of Art and Design in New York with a BFA in 1989, having focused on sculpture. In the early 1990′s he moved back to Boston and completed his secondary level art teaching certification.

Bill became interested in technology and art and worked in public schools in the Boston area for 13 years as a technology specialist, artist, web designer, graphic designer and teacher of all of the above. He moved with his family to the Sacramento area in 2005, and continues to design web sites and print material for clients on both coasts.

Since the fall of 2006 Bill has been ADAC’s Web Master and has implemented several new features for the ADAC web site, including a new on-line membership registration. Bill looks forward to continuing to work with ADAC and hopes to help ADAC become the best professional organization it can be, as well as the definitive resource for artists, designers and creative professionals of all sorts in the Sacramento area.
